I've got to work with some lovely, enthusiastic people that are positive and always wanting to help get the job done. New management has just come into the data world that seems positive and looking to promote change and working at pace.
-The CEO is condescending and completely unwilling to take on board employee feedback despite running 'Q&A' sessions. Has been downright hostile to employees unreceptive to changes around office days. - teams seem to range from absolutely slammed with work to being bored with nothing to do. Seems that work allocation is uneven and poorly managed - for a tech company CtM feels quite rigid and not able to keep pace with competitors and other similar employers - London employees seem to be treated as second to Peterborough employees- office is not well equipped to deal with the number of staff with current office days, leadership have basically shrugged their shoulders as a response.2
