I've worked here for 6 years and there is no place like Compass. The management is incredible, with hearts of gold.

Truly there are no cons.

Unfortunately I can not give you any pros of working here as there is none.

I was lied to about my wages and the hours I would be working. They do not support their staff. Staff favoritism is a thing with the director. The $20 you get a month for your classroom is a joke and you can't get nearly everything you need. Under staffed is a understatement. I worked so much off the clock just to get my curriculum done each week because they could not give me time while on the clock. Honestly the director just didn't listen to the staffs needs and I feared for the safety of the children because of it. I didn't want to be around when it all crashed and burned on everyone there making them all look bad so I left.
