Pros

If you get your union privileges you’re good, you can keep your job if you have thick skin

Cons

The trial period which can last up to a year is meant to keep you miserable until you want to quit, they fire you for some obscure reason and then they hire another person and pay that person what you started with a year before. Unions work when you’re a part of them, when you’re not, union politics make it so the company is incentivized to fire workers before they receive their union privileges, including raises, voting rights, and the ability to file grievances. This company has a high turnover rate, McDonalds Subway KFC they all pay less than this company no benefits, but this company has a list of applications at their table, temp workers at their disposal, will make employees do multiple jobs and treat their employees like dirt because they’re high on themselves. This company has the privilege of being ineffective and incompetent while still not going bankrupt, nobody knows where the money comes from, but they have a team of micro managers who have no idea what they’re doing. This is not a functioning business, the work doesn’t get done, the patients and staff are displeased but no one can change a thing because everybody is too busy enjoying the fruits of their materialistic ambitions, but everything is turning into a dump, and all people can do is throw a little sissy fit but no one does anything, because we have to keep our corporate masters happy even though we never see them.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

Cons

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
