Constant flow of clients-new and returning, beautiful atmosphere, great co-workers, paid vacation time after a year

You reach your ceiling pretty quickly, most bonus opportunities are nearly impossible to attain, owner seems to care more about the extra $ in her bank account than her employees trying to make a living wage, completely disfunctional office and barely functioning front desk, you have to do everyone job for them up front because it’s easier to make seasoned employees do more work than properly train the front/office, way too much commission earned is given to owner, offers health insurance-BUT the insurance costs as much as your paycheck so it’s not even possible to use, A LOT of turnover from new employees and starting to see long term employees running for the hills
