You will always learn from them and they are always eager to teach you. Everybody is helpful and motivated to get the job done. - No communication issues with other offices around the world (even if they are in different countries) - Interesting projects (if you're new to telecom, it might be a bit overwhelming at the beginning, but you quickly pick up with the help of everybody there) - Great pay if you are a high performer - 360 evaluation. Cons
- Management focused on results and only once per year on people (when evaluations begin). Feedback is scarce, but is taken into account when is communicated. - Requires you to be self driven and self learning. If you do not want to constantly grow and gain new skills, this is not the place for you. It becomes tiring at some point but this depends on your personal style.
