Extremely boring and bad infrastructure. No work life balance, worst salary hike. The owner and so-called MD has zero knowledge and only wants to suck up your blood. He used to pay in cheques which bounced 3-4 times! He would never let you leave and bound you into contract issues and all but if you do a small mistake, he will fire you without payment.

Poor working condition. Too much noise from street. They do not turn on AC for employees, only CEO room has ac that is on. Also, they deduct salary for minor mistakes. Fire employees on weekly basis - means hires and fires every month. So, better to choose some other company. I was working here as a developer. The pressure was too high and overtime 3-4 hours daily.

Everything here is wrong. Doesn't know how to run a company. I pity those who are still working for this company for so long.
