I have been working at Conagra Brands full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Ample vacation, sick and personal time off

    Cons

Once you get used to the amount of PTO after hitting 10+ years there, they know they have you and won’t leave. Not many places where you get 4 weeks of vacation time, 5 days of sick time AND 3 personal days.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like people and not numbers
