Pros
- well maintained office - some lovely people to work for
Cons
- One of the owners of Consenna is the textbook definition of a bully. A man who see’s some major flaws in himself in the fact that he can’t actually sell anything to people outside his network and then takes it out on others (usually young female members of staff). Also lies to try and make the narrative suit him. For example, getting meeting times wrong then claiming a staff member was late and kicking off. Only for HR to see that he did Infact get it wrong (a decent leader has the ability to apologise) - No direction on workload and minimal support. They claim to want to support new members of staff but you have less than 3 months to settle in and start bringing in big results. -Massively high turnover of staff and can’t seem to hire anybody they actually want in the business. Lost 4 members of staff in 7 weeks. Primarily due to not advertising with their ACTUAL needs or potentially lack of wanting to pay for the niche industry experience required. -management seem to not be able to agree on anything. You’ll do one thing on the request of one owner to them be cut off at the ankles by another saying it was wrong and quote “just don’t listen to him”. Very stressful situation.
