      Great people, solid product allowance, relaxed culture, decent pay.

      Cons

      Limited growth due to overstaffed areas and hiring from outside rather than promoting from within. Massive layoffs in 2025. Rolled back DEI program.

      Some great coworkers who I miss greatly!

      Cons

      Leadership at all levels was a complete mess, especially director and above. Provided no support. Lied to avoid accountability. The hardest working and most engaged employees were taken advantage of and then discarded.
