EVERYTHING!!! I honestly don't know where to begin! This's a VERY dirty and corrupt company to work for. Management is VERY unethical! They make poor business decisions and then blame it on the staff. Staff went through three general managers within a six month time period. Constantly changing and/or adding things to your initial business contract (bonuses, restrictions, etc) to suit their needs and/or save them money. Forcing you to sign additional paperwork. They break hospital rules and regulations....not to mention HIPPA laws left and right! The people who truly suffer are the poor patients who go on service with them. They have little to no regard for their safety. This company is a lawsuit waiting to happen!
