The residents were a pleasure to work with.

Management was rude and didn’t care about workers.

Some of the nurses, CNAs and other staff are great.

The management team is disconnected from the needs of the staff. The only time they are anywhere near the floor is when the health department shows up. All of this expresses itself in an aloof, magisterial approach to management where they are known to scold employees as if they were misbehaving children. Genuine needs have been ignored. Moral is often low and staff turnover has at times been quite high.
