      Pros

      They have different ways to teach you the system. Live training, via web, or logging into their virtual library filled with various trainings. They help motivate for you to move up from your position. They have monthly random rewards to appreciate employees. We were able to choose an end of the year gift. My management team is easy to speak with, they are understanding, and open to hear out ways to improve workflow (if needed).

      Cons

      Onboarding. I feel it could be better. Its nice to feel welcomed and wanted. When its all messy its as if no one was even expecting you so that could definitely improve. Perhaps it has since I first got hired though.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, management is really good at stepping back when needed and stepping in when people need assistance. Everyone is so respectful. The best place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      Cornerstone’s caring culture and persistent drive to be the best company in the industry is the secret sauce competitors will never have. Given the challenges our industry has been through, this company’s owners and executive leadership continue to amaze me. Giving 10% of the company’s stock ownership and profitability to be shared with all employees, investing in new technologies in every line of business, updating our employees (now owners) via quarterly town halls events with transparency…it’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen anywhere! For the first time in my career I am aligned with my employer and its Mission and Vision.

      Cons

      The industry cycle has been challenging, but when it turns Cornerstone is where I want to be.
