Massive Layoff. Poor Management and no ex-gratia payment - Generative AI Annotator Covalen Solutions Employee Review

Poor management, poor communication, not too transparent regarding redeployment, low hourly wage, always find excuse to cut quarter bonus from tiny little thing we did, too much unnecessary evals per two weeks remind us like it's a college/uni , fear mongering if the evals score is under 95% that will affect the bonus ratio. Massive layoff 300ish. Working for APAC market and now they don't need us anymore then redundancy happened mostly for people who works under 2 years so we don't get any statutory pay, N0 Ex-gratia payment at all. During consultation period the communication between reps and management is so dragging and never give such a satisfactory solutions on employees sides. Notice period only 7days.
