Pros
At Craftsman+ it's hard not to get swept up in the excitement, positivity and overall energy that comes from a small company that's growing at such pace. Decisions are made quickly but always with consideration and rationale, ensuring the company is always evolving quickly and with agility, but always in the right direction. Craftsman+ has really transformed in the last 12-18 months from a scrappy start-up to a small company that's got bags of ambition and an ever growing profile in the market for high quality. This is reflected in how it treats it's employees - rewarding those people who show the same ambition and aptitude for high-quality and competence... there really are no barriers at Craftsman+ if you work hard and learn your trade. Finally, Craftsman+ is all about flexibility - with employees in at least 3 time zones and having fully embraced remote working, it really is far removed from the 9-5 office job. As long as you're getting your work done on time and to a high standard, you can be as flexible as you want to be.
Cons
Definitely wouldn't suit anyone who wants a standard day job in an office, it's all about mucking in at Craftsman+ and getting the job done under pressure. I can also imagine some people struggling with the ever adapting environment as the company evolves at pace.
