Pros
Get to work closely with your advisor, set up goals on a weekly basis on what you should accomplish. They work around your schedule, so if you have a busy week it is understood that you won't be able to get as much done.
Cons
I went to a smaller school and ended up not having many opportunities for sales. A lot of the organizations on my campus were small enough where buying apparel for events wasn't feasible. Definitely need to go to a bigger school, or a private school where money will not be an issue.
