Pros

I'm talking about Bangalore branch there is no proper staff & no proper training and support also leads are purely tamilnadu leads who can't speak English good for nothing waste of time. They will try to show as if so much revenue is generated. They haven't paid me a month salary too after I left.Ideally without proper leads & training it's a total waste of time i would say don't prefer this branch for work.

Cons

You won't have a proper trainer & leads are not from all over India you are going to face language barrier if you join here. The head whoever sits in this branch is so partial about treating the employees & has no respect for employee who puts effort. Its a waste of time.

Pros

Many employees report a friendly, supportive work environment. Teams and managers are approachable and helpful when guidance or discussion is needed. High employee satisfaction: according to public reviews, about 90% of employees would recommend working at Croyez to a friend. Good work–life balance, diversity, and inclusion values — ratings for work/life balance and inclusion are among the stronger categories in reviews. Variety of tasks and exposure: since Croyez deals with multiple countries and visa types, employees may get exposure to diverse immigration processes and client needs — which can be good for learning and growth. (This is common in consulting / immigration consulting sectors.) croyezimmigration.com The company seems to emphasize professionalism, process clarity and transparency — for clients as well as internally: which can translate to smoother logistics, organized workflows, and more predictable roles or responsibilities.

Cons

As with many immigration-consulting firms, work may become demanding or involve pressure, especially during peak application periods — since success often depends on timely and accurate processing (this is common in consulting/visa service firms).
Because the firm operates across many visa categories and countries, tasks may be varied and sometimes complex, which may mean a steeper learning curve — especially for newer employees. (This applies generally to consulting/immigration work.)
