Good company to work for - Operations Manager Crypto Briefing Employee Review

The interview process for this position was among the more intense I've experienced, involving multiple practical exams, interviews with several team members, and occasionally pretty tough questions regarding industry knowledge. Altogether this has made me feel confident going into the job (meaning, I know through the experience that I could not have gotten the job without being qualified), and has given me confidence in my colleagues as well.

I tend not to complain about my employer on the Internet :)

Amazing place to work for someone who's looking for growth. Lots of opportunities for responsibility and promotion. The management is hyperfocused on employee growth and learning.

Things can get chaotic. Not a great place to work if you need a lot of structure.
