Lack of work life balance

I feel heard and seen by my peers and higher management. There is a lot of opportunity for growth within the company to successfully climb your way up in the company. I've never felt more appreciated by my supervisors and recognized by my hard work. It's easy to work in an environment where my efforts are constantly seen and highlighted. It's a great company to work for!

Part of working for a start-up is the amount of work that involves everyone in the company to put on their plate. I would say the only con I've found working here has been the amount of work that comes in waves. It can be a bit overwhelming at times but fortunately, higher management is always open to feedback.
