I’m delighted to hear that you enjoyed the culture of team work and good work environment here at Czarnikow. I also appreciate that working beyond your usual job scope can sometimes be quite stressful, but it is a key part of working at Czarnikow as it helps to foster the entrepreneurial spirit within the organisation, and I also like to think that it keeps things interesting! Finally, I agree with your comment about supporting training and studies at Czarnikow – while we have some good schemes in place, we have identified this as an area for improvement over the coming year and will be investing significantly in training for all our employees.
