Pros
They offer you an attractive salary. Nice view from the office in a fancy tower. These are all pros that I can mention about this company.
Cons
If you know more than they are expecting, they will do anything to get rid of you. They want to achieve with their platform 'Irisa', what other companies achieved in 180 years and it's not possible. Their platform doesn't have basic VOIP features. Everyday you need to write a report of what you've done and you are not allow to skip 5 minutes, if you are, you'll be asked what have you done in those 5 min and why haven't you mentioned them.
