Company culture is bad, you will benefit if you have connections to a higher up (eg. increased promotion chance, bigger bonus and higher salary increment). If not, be prepared to stay status quo for a long time. HODs are all very domineering. Very outdated work processes and any changes will take a long time to establish. High turnover rate for certain department but management turns a blind eye to it. Longer than usual standard working hours (8.30am - 6.15pm) to max out the regulated 44 hours per work week. Not very attractive benefits, standard annual leave entitlement and flex. Office location is far, no shelter half of the way to the nearest MRT station so when it rains, good luck.
