My warning to any foreman or other field support staff, and of course anyone else looking to apply… save yourself the time. DBA lacks transparency and happily fires anyone without fair notice and when it’s convenient for them. They use you until it’s time to fire you.
Don’t count on any fair notice or communication prior to being let go. It just happens. This company is not a good one to build a career unless you’re liked.
