Friendly boss, good co-workers, relaxed atmosphere. Good chance to learn new skills and talk to people. You get to meet people from other labs in the company.
Cons
Hard work with soil and rock samples being tested. But that is to be expected in this line of work.. Must be on feet most of the time.
