    Easy job

    Pros

Not fast based like other valet jobs. You get paid enough to not worry much about tips. Most of the time I’m just sitting doing nothing until flight lands. Great for students, as they offer flexible schedules.

    Cons

Good-poor management if you ask. Sometimes you’re forced to stay 15-45 mins over your shift due to the lack of staff (11-19-2021). If you made it to captain position, expect to be working by yourself taking care of both check ins and check out.

    Great Place to work

    Pros

I worked at DFW Airport for 40 years. While it is not a perfect place, the management team has a history of hitting issues head and creating solutions. Compensation appears to be fair on the surface, but if you look deeper at incentives and benefits, it outshines many other employers. Each job is dynamic and challenging and the chance to grow, develop and advanced is encouraged.

    Cons

Every employer has their weakness but this employer stacks up well against other employers.
