First of all, thank you for being part of our DHL family for over 6 years and for your efforts to make our company the world leader in logistics.
We are very thankful for your review. Your rating is good. In a few areas, you have signaled that you see further potential for optimization, especially management. Since we do everything we can to get a little better every day, we will do everything we can to achieve 100% in that too.
We appreciate your feedback and advice to management that clear goal planning and defined career paths are more beneficial than a pretty policy that no one follows. We are sure management can help by developing a plan for employee advancement, from scheduled raises to increases in responsibility levels and training for new skills, which can help you advance within the positions even without full-scale promotions but within the scope of our possibilities.
