Pros

The best part of this job is working from home and having the freedom to work your hours where you'd like to each day. You are left alone to get your work done. Most leads and managers are very supportive. The company is also fairly transparent about issues and will take feedback and try to make changes. There also seems to be growth opportunities as a lot of the leads and higher ups have been with the company for a long time.

Cons

We are not paid nearly enough, I seriously do not know how anyone could live on how much they pay us without having a spouse making much more or living with family. Expectations are really tough sometimes and getting work done without the proper tools feels impossible.

Pros

- Flexible schedule - Management mostly leaves you alone (which is another way of saying I don't know what they do all day) - Good inventory most of the time

Cons

- Outdated tech - Unprofessional management - Meetings that could have been emails - Lack of transparency - Having to rely on management to share our metrics with us. - Receiving metrics communications that are inaccurate. - Doing away with the yearly bonus without an announcement. Only telling us when we asked in a call. My main concern is that stylists' goodwill is often overlooked in favor of company goals. I understand that if the company isn't making money, then our jobs could go away. But, it seems like DailyLook has forgotten that the main thing they advertise and what makes them unique is our work as stylists.
