    Pros

    Some great people still hanging on Salary is competitive, has to be to keep good staff

    Cons

    Management is really bad, owner doesnt understand the business hs is running and basically buys companies in trouble, chops them up and attempts to integrate (very badly) trying to make a business large most likely to sell. Facilities are an embarassment. Phoenix merger / takeover is already showing signs of being a disaster

    Heading in the right direction in terms of maturity but a way to go yet.

    Cons

    Salary significantly lower than industry standard. No career progression path in place.

    - Good introduction - Great canteen with great food prices - People are nice

    Cons

    - Not really anything bad to say about the place because everyone is nice - Just a regular office job where you're sat at the same desk for the 9-5
