I work within a department which is supportive of each individual and has great team dynamics. I've been given opportunities to progress my careers within Danwood and have had full support and recognition from my manager. Danwood is always looking at ways it can improve employee relationships and value the opinion of each employee - regardless of who you are.
Cons
There is always change happening somewhere as Danwood are looking at improving which means adapting your role to evolve, however this is also positive as learning a new process can always be a challenge but you can adapt with it. It would be nice to have a few more perks!
I've worked with some great, dedicated people over the years.
Cons
Employer never listened to employees, even those with years of experience and the Company's best interests at heart. This was made evident last year during redundancy talks. They then ran the company into the ground, steamlining until someone would buy, which Apogee did recently. Staff were informed today that some 220 out of 250 positions are to go and the Lincoln HO closed. Not unexpected, but disappointing. Could have done so much better with the right leadership.
