Pros
The salary is competitive plus yearly bonus and comes with an excellent pension scheme and a comprehensive benefits package. The role also offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects.
Cons
Heavy corporate hierarchy, which must be followed. Plenty of travel which could seen as good and bad. It is difficult to get someone from IT to sort out the issue. Clients are demanding and quite often scrap the whole project. However, clients are wealthy and happy to pay.
