Cons
Quill language is proprietary and has no use outside Quintiq. Quill has various limitations compared to modern programming languages No proper source code management in place You are expected to put in long hours Stressful environment when dealing with near impossible deadlines Some personnel in consulting/sales/pre-sales are not trained on what Quill can and cannot do and hence come up with impossible solution designs. No real company policy. All you need is a director or CEO approval and that will override any policy Harsh language used in workplace environment by senior management.
