    Very LGBT friendly Decent office space and IT support Most teaching spaces are level access Campus is fairly compact Students that are willing to engage in creative teaching

    Poor IT in classrooms Virtually impenetrable workload model Very poor teaching support and preparation time Huge administrative workload Poor administrative support for academic staff Difficult to change curriculum even where changes are needed Disproportionately large bureaucracy - even for the HE sector
