OK place - CNC Machinist DeWalch Technologies Employee Review

Not one pro really ... well I guess there is one pro, it's for amazing amount of underpaid illegal aliens being taken advantage of by the spoiled son of the owner. It has to be a pro for him.

I loved working here for the entire 2 years that I had the opportunity to work here. They had originally told me a very long and exciting lie about promoting from within and seriously changing the culture of backstabbing and making any effort to become a efficiently run business. That of course starts with the top ( the owners son ) and his underlings that have been taught to not suggest or support a single idea that in the slightest makes sense or would make a better work environment, even if the cost to the company nothing or minimal expense. I had hopes that this family owned company was going to be the place where I retire . The owner ( invented the lock that is manufactured here) comes in two or three times a month to complain that his son isn't doing enough to make the company profitable and that there should be less employees needed to do the same task to make that profit. The son of then owner just plays with his amazing idea of making it more profitable, and that is building robots to do the work of immigrants that are employed illegally.

It is difficult and even borderline impossible to get fired from the company even if you don’t do your job at all.

Zero pay raises for anyone outside of management. Terrible work culture - management does not even bother to hide the fact that they don’t care. Dangerous work environment because of faulty equipment. Completely unable to recognize or utilize talent in employees.
