Pros
- nice salary and benefits (better than government standard) - stable industry as there’s no mass layoff seems to be happening - lunch & mobile allowance - BPJS & private insurance provided - Good career path - 8 hours standard working hour
Cons
- high workload - stressful environment - sometimes it’s difficult to handle angry customer/driver - shifted schedule for cs role - expected to go above and beyond that sometimes require us to work more hours (but not required to work in the office outside your shift) - direct management
