    Pros

    Benefits package is top notch. 3 weeks PTO, week during Christmas off, 2 weeks of sick time. Parental leave. Amazing medical/dental/vision benefits. Incredible culture. Full time remote work. Support system CAN be great, if you put the work in and network/ask. If you work hard, make connections (networking is VERY important here,) you can move up fairly quickly.

    Cons

    Pay for this specific role is underwhelming for the type and amount of work done. A lot of luck is involved with the kind of accounts/manager/outside sales teammate you are assigned after training. Outside sales teammate (account executive) gets paid about 2-3 times more, even though you share the exact same accounts, exact same quota, and are ultimately held to the same responsibilities (this has especially come to light during COVID.) When covering for other reps who are out long term/quit, you have the opportunity to fill in and make some extra money (basically doing the exact same job twice--with different accounts, and AE,) but you only get 25% credit up to 15% of YOUR quota. A LOT of extra work for not much more pay.
