    Pros

Great company with Talented Sales and very knowledgeable Engineers and mainly inspiring Managers and Leaders. Great working culture, collaborative teams and divisions that are focusing on making customers satisfied. Very ethical workforce.

    Cons

Tend to have some VPs / Senior Managers who are not very ethical, takes a lot of time and effort to get HR to look into it. Its a numbers company, you only as good as your last Quarter.

    Pros

Great Benefits. Great vacation time, paid holidays, personal days all equaled 11 weeks off a year paid. If you are willing to put out more they are willing to pay more. Advancement opportunities are great as well. 17 years and I was making a complete 100% more than when i started.

    Cons

metrics driven, customer satisfaction driven, if you cant make goal of the metrics they will not hesitate to let you go.

    Pros

The culture and benefits are on point. I feel valued and feel that what I do is important. There are so many ways that they invest in their people; Parental leave for both mom and dad, Tuition assistance, 3 weeks vacation starting out, certification can be reimbursed, and there has been a big push to help with career advancement. There are many incentives and opportunities for continued education and self growth.

    Cons

It takes more than good performance to get promoted. Be ready to change roles and move around the company to advance your career. Work-life balance is talked about and pushed but early morning meetings, late-night meetings, and working on the weekend still happen.
