I've had a highly positive experience working in a dynamic and supportive environment. The company fosters a collaborative culture, encouraging creative problem-solving and innovation. Overall, Dignari provided a fulfilling work experience with a great balance of autonomy and teamwork.

Smart, experienced colleagues who all care about their job. Leadership team is approachable. Good internal communication. Flat organization makes it easy to approach management. Cultural events sponsored by HQ that brings everyone together. Flexible work schedule (based on customer needs).

Not a lot of opportunities outside of the Homeland Security market. Its hard to hire people that don't already have the necessary credentials to work on some of the contracts. Onboarding was painful. HR needs to really work with teams to make it a smooth transition maybe with a checklist or job-specific requirements.
