Cons
No good clients. No training to fresher. Even no salary to fresher. Managers have no interest to sit and help fresher. Though iam experience, i have seen fresher have no value..after 6 months they will.pay only 4k per month.not even following government labour policy. They don't give transport for client visit. Manager has no understanding how to follow any process. His tone is bad and will harass u on holidays too. They will ask you write good reviews in linkedin and glassdoor. In some client u have to work 6days a week and will not get any payment for same. You will be asked to travel 40-50km far for client everyday from one side. They gave my experience letter after 90 days where it must be given in 60 days.
