Pros

The people working with you are amazing and talented. And hard working to boot.

Cons

Lack of career development opportunities unless you want to sign up for a sales role. Lack of job security when preforming sales roles. Increase in KPI expectations constantly along with bonus structure being reworked often more than once a year. Management had pivoted to AI and it has made the work done by people on the ground floor a lot harder. Very long hours for no increase in compensation
