At times the workload is heavy, but Doublestar teammates are so supportive and other assistance when needed.

There are no annual cost of living increases and they give raises sporadically so that your salary cannot keep up with inflation. Health insurance premiums are very high and management will reprimand you if they feel you are not dropping everything that you are doing in order to help another employee, even if you have a full workload.
