Cons
1. No one cares about you here. Not the HRs or the management. They act as if they do but there's no empathy or respect in this company. 2. A lot of misogyny, sexism and homophobia where people are openly vocal about it in the workplace. 3. I found some people to be very nosy and invasive. Gossip is very high and groupism is present. 4. Look out for yourself. Especially women. 5. They set very high expectations from the get go. Not giving enough time for training. And it's a lot of work.
