Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your experience at Dulcedo did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the comments on the marketing department, it’s important to clarify that the team has historically been quite small, often consisting of just one core member. Labeling it a “revolving door” may not accurately reflect the structure or dynamics. As with any performance-based organization, Dulcedo must occasionally make difficult but necessary decisions to ensure we uphold high standards across our teams.
We would also like to address the comments about the People & Culture team. It’s disheartening to hear that you felt unsupported. Our P&C department is committed to listening and offering guidance to all employees, and we strive to create an environment where concerns are addressed thoughtfully and with care. Encouraging employees to speak with their direct manager is not a deflection, it’s part of fostering open, adult-to-adult communication. That said, when an issue requires direct involvement, the P&C team always steps in confidentially and appropriately.
As for interdepartmental collaboration, our goal has always been to operate as a unified team. Collaboration between managers and across functions is encouraged and viewed as a strength, not a weakness. Each department contributes uniquely to Dulcedo’s success, and we recognize that no single team operates in isolation.
With respect to the roles of agents and account managers, both are essential to our business model. Their responsibilities are different but complementary, and each plays a significant role in delivering value to our clients and partners.
We sincerely wish you the best in your next chapter and thank you again for your feedback.
