I have been working at Dunelm full-time for more than 9 years

    Pros

Dunelm is a great place to work because there's always the opportunity to progress within the company I started as a part time colleague doing 20 hours a week to becoming an assistant store manager and I've personally seen fellow colleagues progress within the company

    Cons

One of the downside is that the net promotional score isn't always a true reflection on the service that my colleagues provide and even if colleagues go that extra mile to provide a good service unless the customer goes home and scores them a 9 or 10 it automatically reflects poorly on the colleague

    Advice to Management

Just keep doing what your doing keep striving to deliver great working atmosphere and keep incouraging and pushing colleagues to furfill there true potential and be the very best that they can be

I have been working at Dunelm full-time for more than 6 years

    Pros

Intense retailer always something going on so everyday is a challenge. Great family atmosphere in the Scottish stores. Now on my third role with Dunelm having been promoted twice in five years.

    Cons

If you don’t like hard work we are not for you! Systems a bit behind the times and lots of different ones to master.

    Advice to Management

Great job on attracting new customers but bring the value back.
