      Lots of growth opportunities Management is excellent at pursuing new and exciting technologies General employee satisfaction Plenty of projects Challenging work but in a good way

      Pros

      Exposed to a lot of different software and tools. Team culture is decent (depending on what area you're in).

      Cons

      Pay is so bad - Dycom stock is up over 200% in the last 5 years and merit increases are between 3% to 3.5%. They see us as headcount and not as human being with families. They do not pay bonuses unless you're a manager or higher. Resources are lean. They are not hiring or promoting in IT department. Communication between departments could use a lot of work.
