Pros

If you like to work overtime there will be periods of lots of it because the management is built up of complete idiots that dont know how to manage a schedule so they run late and put it on the employees to make the numbers for them any way possible

Cons

Favoritism, un fair managment, HR department that figures out creative ways to punish employees. If your good at you job expect management to put more work on you than you can handle and when you tell them it cant be done expect to be pulled in the office and yelled at about it,
