    I worked at EBRD

    Pros

Good work life balance, working on interesting projects which have an impact on developing countries and communities, working with smart people from many countries and backgrounds, good benefits (gym, canteen, health insurance...), ethical place to work.

    Cons

Senior management has been at the bank for decades and seem clueless as to how to run a bank. Good performance is not rewarded which is good for some people, not for others.

    Advice to Management

Needs new management with experience outside the bank. Needs more incentives for employees to perform.
