ECS routinely reviews and seriously evaluates employee feedback on Glassdoor. Unfortunately, when people embellish and make false statements, it discredits the legitimate concerns of ECS employees who use this forum productively. So let me first correct your misstatements: 1. ECS does not schedule 12 hour warehouse shifts 2. No ECS warehouse worker works 6 days a week 3. ECS does not lie to “get you hired.” Employee pay rates and benefits are clearly noted on employee offer letters at the time an offer of employment is made 4. 3-days is standard processing time for all major payroll processors including ADP, Paychex, Paylocity and PayCor 5. ECS has never bounced a payroll check Based on these inaccuracies, it is difficult to distinguish legitimate concerns from fabrication.
