    Advice to Management

Increase salary. Add compensation for extra hours. A specially trained team should be put in place and hired for the emergency weekend line. Increase the payment to the families that care for students. Actually stick to the company values and not just forget about them. Be open to new ideas and improvement. Improve your training of staff, specially in the Sales departments.
