I had a deeply disappointing experience working at EKCS. The work environment was toxic due to persistent harassment from certain colleagues. Despite reporting the issues to HR multiple times, no effective action was taken. It felt like my concerns were ignored, and the lack of accountability created an uncomfortable and unsafe workplace. This experience significantly impacted my well-being and productivity. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a respectful and supportive work environment. I hope they take serious steps to improve their culture and protect their employees in the future.
