Pros

They pay decently well, 100% remote, good benefits

Cons

They are so preachy about culture, especially the head Integrator. She is a horrible person to deal with, just the opposite of who she wants you to be. She is highly judgmental, out of touch with those below her and from what I can tell inexperienced at growing a company. Those who report up to her are in some cases organized and functioning and in others just horrible, badly managed, lots of turnover, and like other reviews say , backstabbing and ugly.

It's very unfortunate that you feel this way. If you are feeling frustrated and unheard, please reach out to HR. We are unaware of the issues you reference that would breed a negative culture across the company as we regularly receive positive feedback to the contrary. We take pride in our core values and culture and as part of "do the right thing" we are certainly willing to have an open, honest conversation. However much as we may be disappointed with your review, we take feedback seriously and thank you for yours. We strive to support our teammates in every way to enable them to live their best "EOS Life".

Pros

A lot of intelligent, kind people in the company. Remote work.

Cons

EOS senior leadership preaches and preaches and preaches their values, but they don't live them. Senior leadership is truly out of their depth. What they lack in skill, expertise, and experience they make up for in hubris and overconfidence. There is a kindergarten culture at EOS. Senior leadership consistently talks down to, talks at, and lectures employees (including other leadership). Pay and benefits are mediocre. Consistent and repeated layoffs for the past year.

We understand that this season of change has been difficult for our team members and the company as a whole. However, we categorically disagree with your assessment of the EOSW Leadership Team. You may not realize that there are many stakeholders who contribute to critical and strategic decisions that impact the organization. Recently, those decisions included scaling back our teams and getting "Back to Basics" to achieve the right structure for our company's long-term viability and vision. As a current team member, we encourage you to enter the danger and live the Help First and Do the Right Thing core values by openly and honestly expressing your concerns to EOSW leadership rather than posting your misguided perceptions in an anonymous forum. We have many opportunities for dialogue and would appreciate your constructive feedback rather than harsh judgment based on your own limitations of information and understanding.
