7yThank you for taking time out of your day to write a review. The feedback from both current and former employees has a big impact on our continued efforts to improve the organization. All comments, reviews, suggestions, and concerns, are taken into consideration.
The Senior Management team is very committed to getting the voice of the customer and the voice of the employee. Most recently, both our President and the Vice President of Sales are conducting employee round-tables to both communicate company information as well as answering questions and addressing concerns. The Company has an Open Door Policy that encourages all employees to provide direct feedback, without having to filter through their direct manager.
Additionally, the President personally meets with every sales representative in the bi-annual review process to understand the sales representative challenges in their market conditions; and to discuss those areas for improvement in each individual territory.
Even with these efforts, we understand some employees may not feel heard, so Senior Management will continue to look for opportunities to engage directly with all employees to create a positive work environment where everyone’s input and ideas are valued for the mutual benefit of our employees and our customers.
